A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your date.
The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days prior to the event.
Bookings made within 30 days of the event must be paid in full at the time of booking.
2. Cancellations
Client cancellations within:
30+ days: No further fees are due; the deposit will be retained.
14–29 days: 50% of the total booking fee is payable.
Less than 14 days: 100% of the total booking fee is payable.
If I need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness), I will:
Provide as much notice as reasonably possible.
Endeavour to find a suitable replacement performer.
Refund all monies paid, including the deposit, if a suitable replacement cannot be found.
3. Performance Requirements
A safe, weather-appropriate and sheltered performance space must be provided, particularly for outdoor weddings.
Access to a reliable power supply is required.
Access to the performance space at least 60 minutes before the agreed performance time is required to allow adequate time for set-up and soundcheck.
4. Repertoire & Requests
My song list can be found here: https://allietheweddingsinger.com/repertoire. Please let me know before the event if there are any particular songs you would like me to perform.
I will aim to learn up to 3 special request songs (typically a ceremony entrance song, ceremony exit song and first dance), provided they are requested at least 4 weeks prior to the event.
Additional song requests may incur a learning fee.
If you have booked the Party DJ service, please send any songs you would like included in the evening playlist at least 4 weeks prior to the event.
5. Event Timing
Performance start and finish times must be agreed upon in advance and will be detailed on your invoice.
Any changes to the schedule on the day will be accommodated where possible, subject to availability. Additional performance time may incur an additional charge.
1 hour of live vocals = 45 minutes of performance + 15-minute break.
6. Force Majeure
I will not be liable for any cancellation, delay or non-performance resulting from circumstances beyond my reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, illness, venue closure, transport disruption or other unforeseen circumstances.
7. Liability
While I will take all reasonable care during my performance, I am not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from factors outside of my reasonable control.
8. Photography & Promotion
I may take or request photographs and/or videos during performances or events for promotional purposes, unless the client objects in writing.
9. Travel & Accommodation
Travel outside the North West of England may incur an additional travel fee, depending on the venue location.
Travel fees, where applicable, will be confirmed and agreed upon at the time of booking.
If overnight accommodation is required due to the location or timing of an event, this will be discussed and agreed upon with the client prior to booking.
